We live by architecture. We design town and country houses, new buildings and reconstructions. We are interested in contemporary architectural concepts, but we do not abandon traditional forms. We start from the character of the area. We want the new house to harmonize with its surroundings and become not only a natural element, but also an enrichment of the area.

Every project is a challenge for us. We create tailor-made houses for our clients. We strive to reflect their personality, uniqueness and lifestyle. Designs are created based on mutual dialogue and recognition. The result is therefore a unique original.

The interplay between interior and exterior is essential for us. We emphasize a precise and logical arrangement of interior spaces, which is subordinated to the comfortable operation of the house. We concentrate on the details that strengthen the functional and artistic quality of the whole. The garden is always part of the architectural concept.

We take a comprehensive approach to the design of the house. This means that, as authorized architects, we deal with all stages of project documentation: from the study, through projects for planning permission and building permission, execution documentation to author's supervision during realisation. This is essential for us to achieve the ideal.

From Petr Volf's article about reconstruction of the Košt'ál house in Baba (Petr Volf, "A touch of perfection", Hospodářské noviny Ego , 31 May 2019, pp.18-20)

"Everything is in harmony. In its place. Nothing needs to be changed, invented, repaired. Uncompromising quality: in design, materials and equipment. I can't think of an alternative way to do anything other than what I just saw. There is a piece of empathy combined with knowledge. And I perceive a dose of humility and an effort to get to the heart of architecture. Not every architect can do that, but those who are capable of similar thinking leave behind buildings that resist the vagaries of the times. Magdalena Rochová and Radek Jaroušek perform such feats repeatedly."
