Construct Company Headquarters

The building was arisen on the triangl site in Prague-Stodulky on the boundary in between of the industrial estates, new administration buildinges and family houses. The building consist of two parts, there is clear open cube with offices, company flats and lower longitudinal part for the assembly hall on the triangl ground plan. The office part is opened in to the outdoor as contrast to exact ingrown assambley hall. According to investor wish was designed independent operation of offices and company flats. That´s why are flats reachable just by the outside circular stair, without any junction on offices. There is the entrance hall with the desk on the ground floor and opened anthracite stairs to the fist floor where offices and meeting room are situated. Flats are designed on the second and third floor. The assambley hall was designed as simple opened space with the upper lighting. In the end of the triangl ground plan is situated mezzanine with the changing room, lavatory and circular stair.
